Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want your Everest flight to be worry-free. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.

Weather or Operational Cancellations

If the airline cancels your flight for weather or operational reasons, you may choose a free reschedule to the next available clear-weather departure, subject to seats, or a full refund if the flight is cancelled before take-off and cannot be rebooked.

Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations requested well in advance may be refunded, subject to processing charges and airline rules.
• Cancellations close to departure, or after check-in opens, may be non-refundable because the seat is committed.
• To cancel or change a booking, contact us early with your booking reference.

Rescheduling and No-Show

Date changes depend on seat availability and a fare difference or change fee may apply. Passengers who miss check-in (one hour before departure) are treated as no-shows and are not refunded.

How Refunds Are Paid
