These terms govern bookings of an Everest mountain flight made through Mountain Flight Nepal. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings and Tickets

A booking is confirmed once payment is received and an e-ticket is issued by email.
Every passenger needs a ticket. Because every seat is a window seat, child fares equal adult fares.
Passengers must carry a valid passport or government photo ID that matches the booking.

Pricing

Fares are per person: USD 280 for international tourists, NPR 15,800 for Nepali citizens and INR 12,000 for Indian citizens. Optional hotel pick-up is extra. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed.

Schedule and Check-In

Mountain flights operate in the early morning from the Kathmandu domestic terminal. Exact times are confirmed with your booking. Check in at least one hour before departure.

Weather and Cancellations

Flights operate only in suitable weather. If a flight is cancelled for weather or operational reasons you may reschedule free or receive a refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Views of Everest depend on weather and cannot be guaranteed.

Airlines and Liability

Flights are operated by Buddha Air, Yeti Airlines or Shree Airlines, subject to their conditions of carriage. The mountain flight is scenic only and does not land. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking.

Governing Law
